1. Using Vybz
Vybz provides technology for discovering events and, where enabled, booking or obtaining tickets. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your account and use tickets only as permitted.
2. Event information
Event dates, times, venues, age limits, dress codes, group requirements, entry conditions and other policies may be supplied by the organizer. Review the event page and policy before completing a booking.
3. Tickets and entry
A digital ticket or QR code may be valid for a limited number of entries, normally one successful check-in. Copying, reselling, transferring or otherwise using a ticket contrary to the event policy may result in refusal of entry or invalidation where permitted.
4. Prices and fees
The checkout should show the applicable ticket price and any Vybz or payment-related fees before confirmation. Prices and availability can change before a booking is completed.
5. Payments
Where online payment is available, payment processing may be provided by an authorized third party. A booking is not considered paid merely because a payment attempt was initiated; the applicable payment status and booking confirmation control.
6. Refunds, cancellations and changes
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable event policy, organizer arrangements, payment status and law. If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, Vybz will communicate instructions available to it and process or facilitate eligible remedies according to the applicable arrangement.
7. Entry decisions
Holding a ticket does not remove lawful venue or organizer entry requirements. Identification, age, safety, capacity and clearly disclosed event-policy requirements may be verified at entry.
8. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate prices or inventory, abuse refunds, duplicate or fraudulently use tickets, or use Vybz for unlawful activity.
9. Availability
We work to keep Vybz reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur. Where a disruption affects a booking or ticket, contact support so the issue can be investigated.
